B&B Al Civico Cinque - Since 2018

Al Civico Cinque is the result of owners’ will, mother and daughter, both architects, to give the house where they were born a new face. The idea was to create a space as a result of a two different worlds mix, a more classic, conventional, ancient world, with a modern, bright, made to be shared world. The result is a home environment, that smells like home.

The passion for mixing materials and objects that belong to different periods and the idea that even a broken door can yet become something else, have contributed to the creation of a house in which all the guests have their own space, or the chance to share moments of their day with other “travellers”.

To start the day off right, our guests can have a continental breakfast, richer by baked goods made in Taormina. They can have it both in the large living room or on the roof terrace.

The open space includes an area in which guests can relax reading a book, play billiards, working from our “co-working” stations using our free WiFi (100MB) available in the whole building.

Each bedroom is a mix of ancient and modern in a home environment. In each bedroom our guests have a private bathroom with hair dryer and shower, free WiFi, flat screen TV, air conditioning and heating.
